1 pk Corn tortillas
1 cn Low fat refried beans
1 Bag shredded Monterey Jack
-cheese; (10-ounce)
1 Jar salsa
1 Wedge iceberg lettuce
-shredded
1 Red pepper sliced
1 Carrot sliced
1 Tomato chopped
1 Onion chopped
1 Lime
1 tb Olive oil
1 sm Cont sour cream
Layer tortilla with beans, cheese, and dollop of salsa. Repeat layers two
more times.
Heat in toaster oven 7 to 10 minutes.
Combine rest of ingredients in bowl and toss.
Top tortilla pie with salad and sour cream.
