1 c Butter
1 c Oil
1 c Sugar, confectioners
1 c Sugar, granulated
2 Eggs
4 c Flour
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Lemon extract
1 ts Salt
1 ts Soda
1 ts Cream of tartar
Cream butter, oil, sugars, and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix
until well blended. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls into a dish of
granulated sugar and roll into balls. Place on an ungreased cookie
sheet. Bake at 375 F. for eight to ten minutes.
